Everything was nice. We originally chose a simple room, but due to having three small kids, the staff requested us to cancel that booking and take a larger room with a hall. Although this was unexpected, the staff was courteous and we were provided with a sea view room

I had a wonderful stay at the Alliance Hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I would like to extend a special thanks to Keti at the reception, whose professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness made my experience even more memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her exceptional service truly stood out. I highly recommend the Alliance Hotel and will definitely be returning!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Alliance Palace Apart Hotel! I had a wonderful experience at Alliance Palace Apart Hotel. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location — everything I needed for a relaxing stay. A special thanks to Giorgi, the supervisor, who was incredibly professional and always ready to help with anything I needed. His attention to detail and friendly attitude really made me feel welcome. Also, a big shoutout to Luka, the bellboy — super polite, helpful, and always smiling! He made check-in and moving around so much easier. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Excellent service and great staff — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I would like to thank Mariam, the receptionist, for her warm welcome and amazing hospitality. She greeted us with a big smile, was very helpful, and truly made our stay better. She even gave us something we really appreciated and made us happy. After we checked into our room, she called us to make sure everything was okay and asked if we needed anything. Honestly, thank you so much, Mariam! If I ever come back to this hotel, it will definitely be because of the way Mariam treated us.

Really good hotel my stay was comfortable the location was in front of the city but you can see the beach its magical at night. the staff was really friendly and some was not. Mariam was helpful and Luke the bellboy was really nice and kind person.

We were on our honeymoon. We were supposed to stay at another hotel, but it turned out to be a scam. We booked the Alliance Palace that same day, and the apartment exceeded our expectations. The staff was super nice (especially Georgie and Maggie). After hearing our story and the fact that we were newlyweds, they upgraded our room and even showed us two rooms to choose from. The staff was ready to help with any questions. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The breakfasts are great!

I recently had the pleasure of staying for two nights at Alliance Palace Batumi, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The building is uniquely shared with Courtyard by Marriott, and Alliance Palace offers hotel apartments that truly feel luxurious. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly attentive and ensured that all our needs were met throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mr. Luka, Giorgi, Marita and all team for making our visit so memorable, and for the wonderful room upgrade. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast option. Although Alliance Palace is an apartment-style accommodation, they provide dining vouchers for Courtyard by Marriott, allowing us to enjoy a delightful breakfast each morning. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, adding to the overall luxury experience. The rooms, though small, were very well designed. Every inch of space was utilized efficiently, making the room feel cozy and comfortable without compromising on style or functionality. Safety and security were top-notch, which was particularly important to us as we were traveling with kids. We felt completely at ease, knowing that the environment was secure and well-maintained. The location is also perfect, making it the best place to stay within the city.
