Everything was nice. We originally chose a simple room, but due to having three small kids, the staff requested us to cancel that booking and take a larger room with a hall. Although this was unexpected, the staff was courteous and we were provided with a sea view room

I would like to thank Mariam, the receptionist, for her warm welcome and amazing hospitality. She greeted us with a big smile, was very helpful, and truly made our stay better. She even gave us something we really appreciated and made us happy. After we checked into our room, she called us to make sure everything was okay and asked if we needed anything. Honestly, thank you so much, Mariam! If I ever come back to this hotel, it will definitely be because of the way Mariam treated us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying for two nights at Alliance Palace Batumi, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The building is uniquely shared with Courtyard by Marriott, and Alliance Palace offers hotel apartments that truly feel luxurious. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly attentive and ensured that all our needs were met throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mr. Luka, Giorgi, Marita and all team for making our visit so memorable, and for the wonderful room upgrade. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast option. Although Alliance Palace is an apartment-style accommodation, they provide dining vouchers for Courtyard by Marriott, allowing us to enjoy a delightful breakfast each morning. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, adding to the overall luxury experience. The rooms, though small, were very well designed. Every inch of space was utilized efficiently, making the room feel cozy and comfortable without compromising on style or functionality. Safety and security were top-notch, which was particularly important to us as we were traveling with kids. We felt completely at ease, knowing that the environment was secure and well-maintained. The location is also perfect, making it the best place to stay within the city.

Hotels location is amazing, you can see large area of Batumi from the balcony, the beach, open ocean in one side and the city in the middle and then beautiful mountains in the other side. Breakfast was available on extra charge at the restaurant on the ground floor. a good selection of food and satisfied. They can keep your luggage safe if you arrive early or if you check out on time but still want to leave luggage and hang around in Batumi. they handle it well I would say.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Since the hotel wasn’t busy, they generously offered us an early check-in at no extra cost. The room was cleaned daily, and the fresh, modern interior added a welcoming touch. The fantastic view and spacious balcony made it the perfect spot for relaxation, whether enjoying a quiet moment with a glass of wine or spending time chatting with family. Overall, a wonderful stay

The hotel is in a great location with clean, nice rooms. I had a room on the 23rd floor, and the view was super nice. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a cooking top, washing machine, iron, dishes, comfortable bad, great air conditioning, ample closet space, and a balcony. For the price they charge, it’s a really good deal. The staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful, but I get it— they’re swamped with tourists during the busy season. I saw them working while I was waiting for friends, and honestly, I would go a bit crazy in their position. Maybe it’s a good idea to book this hotel outside of the peak season.
